Corporate team building - Teamwork is the king, innovation leads the future

Golden autumn November, warm days. In order to enrich the spare time life of employees, stimulate the enthusiasm of working as one, and build a positive corporate culture, Wisdom organizes the whole company's employees to carry out outdoor group building activities. On November 17, 2023, following the early morning sunshine, we went to Suzhou Xishan Cowboy Style Resort, the activity base of the group construction, with expectations and excitement on the way.

The team building activities mainly focused on game competitions. Under the leadership of the host, we divided into two teams and selected the team leader. Under the leader's leadership, we formed our own team name, slogan, and formation. Afterwards, a series of games such as Tongxin Drum, Frisbee Throwing, and Lianliankan were used to showcase team collaboration, compete for strength, and enhance friendship. It not only enhances everyone's sense of cooperation, but also relieves the pressure in daily work.

Through this team building activity, employees have gained a lot, enhanced trust and collaboration among employees, and quickly brought each other closer to form cohesion, stimulated team potential, improved team collaboration and other comprehensive abilities, ignited employees' work passion, and played a greater role in their work.
